I love her spirit of generosity, kindness and perseverance! A 92 year old woman from China Hang Zhou has been providing free cooling tea to all passer-by on the street at her tea stall for a full 34 years! She started doing this when she noticed that many workers around that area are always perspiring with sweat and looking very tired from their work. And she wanted to do something to help ease their pain and suffering.

92 year old woman gives the gift of tea for 34 years!
Everyday, there would be about 100-200 strangers, friends and passer-bys coming to her tea stall to drink her free cooling tea! Some would bring their own water bottles. We believe she really does live a fulfilling and happy life!
Embroidery is the art or handicraft of decorating fabric or other materials with needle and thread or yarn. Embroidery may also incorporate other materials such as metal strips, pearls, beads, quills, and sequins. A farmer lady create this beautiful piece of art and embroidery using one and half year, and using a special technique that she herself created. We really like her piece of artwork and especially her spirit of determination and creativity!

Ed Stafford completed the 859 day walk and trek when he reached the Atlantic Ocean in Northern Brazil, which he started on 2nd April 2008. He ended the long and dangerous adventure that tested his perseverance on Monday.

A road less travelled!
I love what he said! “It proves you can do anything, even if people say you cannot. I’ve proved that if you want something enough, you can do anything!”
Stafford started this crazy and amazing journey with a friend, but his friend backed out along the way after the first 3 months. So he continued alone, and on his journey, he met Peruvian Gadiel “Cho” Sanchez Rivera, who decided to finish the trek with him.
I find this an inspiring accomplishment! Would you do what he did?
